SFL Club offers Summer Training to all player's and teams of all levels & ages. The SFL Club Summer training is designed to prepare players and teams for upcoming Fall Season.
The SFL Club Summer Training program is specifically designed to emphasize both team play and individual skill development. Each training session is constructed to help players achieve their maximum potential through progressive exercises that are age appropriate, as well as ability appropriate and developmentally challenging.
Ages: U6-U18 (Birth Year: 2012-2001)
Practice Schedule: Two practices per week beginning the week of June 18th and ending July 30th
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Locations: The Pingry School, Short Hills
